The Pompanette Pro Series Helmseat, a serious seat and serious value. A true combination of quality and comfort, the Helmseat offers unique features not found in any other helmseat on the market today. The Traditional ladder back design has been improved using an over molding process to conceal the back support and eliminate unsightly fasteners. The sweeping arm supports constructed of highly polished, anodized aluminum are positioned to allow for maximum side to side leg movement. The contoured seat and curve back were designed after thorough ergonomic study o accommodate the broadest population range possible and still function in the small confines of a wheel house or fly bridge.
Designed for the smaller boat this chair has adjustments to make it a great ride. The back is adjustable fore and aft, up and down. UV stabilized polypropylene arm, back and seat components. Grab bar on the back for extra stability. The removable set cushion has a rounded front for extra comfort. The slide assembly & spider that provides positive locking fore and aft adjustment and 360 degree rotation. Standard color is white, maybe purchased in an off white as pictured. Optional footrest is also available
The International line of helmseats are the classic all teak ladder back chairs, made popular over 50 years ago to replicate the look of our hand crafted big game fighting chairs. Much like our fighting chairs, Pompanette teak helmseats are finished with many coats of high gloss, ultraviolet finish. The International helmseats are offered in Deluxe and Classic styles, and are available in standard or narrow sizes.
AS Series Helmseats
The AS Series was originally developed as part of our popular west coast line of Angler’s Specialties products, The AS series offers three different seat widths or 21″, 19″ or 17″. The AS line of helmseats has gained far reaching popularity with boat builders of many styles. Standard chair features stainless steel arm and backrest supports, a 2 7/8″ fore and aft 360 degree rotational slide assembly. Standard color is marine grade quilted white vinyl. Maximus ‘Elite’ Helmseat
The Maximus is the definition of the modern teak ladder back helmseat. Crafted from the finest aged teak available, this chair has a plush, luxurious look and feel There are no hard edges or fasteners seen anywhere on the structure of the Maximus. This chair is shaped and curved in every area, giving it a sophisticated look to match the styling of today’s sport fish boats. This chair features a premium, fitted cushion set with contorted high quality foam to ensure that the Maximus is not only beautiful, but serves as a comfortable seat for hours of run time behind the helm.
